Through Loop Initiatives and Halsall Associates (divisions of Parsons Brinckerhoff’s Canadian operating company), Francisca Quinn and Doug Webber helped companies adopt practices that have led to marked sustainability improvements. Their combined expertise in designing both strategy and physical infrastructure allowed them to create practical solutions, including the development of the IRIS™, an industry-leading sustainability reporting tool. Francisca led teams that supported Delta Hotels & Resorts in building their award-winning “Delta Greens” program and WWF in creating toolkits, with the support of HP, to help small medium enterprises formulate their first sustainability plan - something now in use at over 400 SMEs across Canada. Francisca recently founded Quinn & Partners Inc. Doug is Managing Director of Loop and Green Building Practice Leader at Halsall. Halsall’s Green Building team, one of Canada’s largest, has greened over 100M square feet of buildings, including First Canadian Place and the Toronto-Dominion Centre.
