Mike leads a 20-person team at Delphi in delivering transformational projects that have significantly lowered the environmental impact (GHGs, toxics, waste) of Canadian business -more than 150 organizations over the past two years, including 27 of Canada’s top 100 firms. Recently, Mike helped an international transportation company implement a comprehensive sustainability program (full employee engagement, effective waste reduction and carbon management programs) and guided a renowned post-secondary institution to becoming one of the first in North America to launch a comprehensive climate-change action plan. Mike devotes significant personal time to The Climate Reality Project

. Combined, these organizations engage over 450,000 people to reduce GHG emissions and implement sustainability initiatives in their communities.
Principal, Ventus Development Services Inc. and Chair, Southwest Alberta Sustainable Community InitiativeCelesa is a veteran executive advisor on corporate responsibility, sustainability, and environmental affairs in Canada and abroad. From working with major corporations – including EnCana, Cenovus, Nexen, the CAA, the Prince Rupert Port Authority, and the Calgary Airport Authority, among others – she has helped her clients adopt and integrate corporate responsibility best practices, advance renewable energy projects (including wind, run-of-river hydro, biomass, and the first tidal energy project on the west coast), driving improved environmental and sustainability performance in Canada’s energy, natural resource, and infrastructure sectors for over 20 years. Through her pro bono work on-line and in the community, Celesa serves as a resource and mentor for other corporate responsibility practitioners, youth, and the non-profit sector.
