Nexii’s breakthrough building system proves that planet-friendly solutions aren’t a sacrifice — they’re an improvement in every way over the status quo. Over the past 2.5 years, the team has led the company to build over 30 buildings incorporating over 345,000 sq. ft. of panels. On average, Nexii products have 33% less embodied carbon than conventional construction, and use 1/3 less energy overall and require half the heating energy compared to standard builds meeting code-compliant requirements. On top of that, the panels use ~60% less freshwater during manufacturing than the tilt-up concrete equivalent.
