Will is the strategic thought leader of the Dogwood Initiative, B.C’s largest non-partisan democracy group. Their network is made up of hundreds of thousands of concerned citizens with a focus on preparing for a citizens’ initiative if the provincial government approves crude oil tanker and pipeline expansion. A volunteer-driven organization, Dogwood has also partnered with Coastal First Nations, Unifor and West Coast Environmental Law in its efforts to protect British Columbia from the threat of oil spills.
