Ana and colleague Dominique Souris co-founded Youth Climate Lab in May 2017 to support and strengthen a generation of leaders around the world to shake up the status quo of climate inaction. A well matched pair, Ana leads the organization’s operations and project management while Dominique leads project design, fundraising and partnerships. Together, they co-lead the strategy and impact of YCL, enable young people to build just, climate-resilient futures. Under their shared leadership, YCL has created 21 projects engaging youth in 77 countries, supported nearly 50 youth-led climate ventures, and sparked close to 100 youth-led policy ideas to increase climate ambition.
