Spring is accelerating Canada’s climate innovation ecosystem by connecting and educating founders and investors to create a sustainable, healthy & equitable world. From January 2023 to March 2025, they catalyzed $21M+ in investment via programs and created a $14M fund investing in early-stage climate and health technologies. Prioritizing underrepresented founders, their programs connect investors with impact ventures, scaling solutions from pre-seed to Series A, combining capital, mentorship, and strategy to turn ideas into measurable change.

A strategic ecosystem builder, Caroline specializes in creating equitable access to
impact capital for those who have been underserved and underrepresented, including Spring’s 2024 “Invest Together in Climate Innovation” program, which provided investment readiness training and support to 16 climate ventures and engaged 32 investors. She also took on the role of Chair of the Board for Propel Impact extending her reach to support youth with fellowships, next-gen ecosystem leadership, and board-level guidance demonstrating her dedication to ensuring bias and barriers don’t prevent talented entrepreneurs from building and scaling their impactful climate solutions.
