Under Dave’s leadership, ATB Financial established an Executive Environmental Committee, made up of junior and senior team members from all parts of the business, and required participants to take Natural Step training. Diverse representation has helped ATB to begin to embed sustainability into all parts of the organization. Dave also oversaw the creation of the ATB Financial Legacy Fund in partnership with Ducks Unlimited, a unique revolving land purchase program to enable DU to restore and preserve provincial wetlands.
