Three years ago, Della joined Fengate Asset Management as its first responsible investment professional. Today, she leads a team of five and has helped establish responsible investment as a strategic capability across the firm. In a period of increasing scrutiny and polarization around sustainability, she built alignment across investment teams and senior leadership, embedding responsible investment into investment, development, and asset management practices. She led the improvement of Fengate’s GRESB rating from one to four stars in two years, achieving Sector Leader status. Beyond environmental initiatives, she led the development of Fengate’s responsible labour program and played a key role in launching a labour-aligned investment product. Through influence, ability to navigate complex stakeholder interests, and translate emerging issues into practical business solutions, Della has delivered meaningful organizational change.
