Eric Chisholm

At WSP, Eric helped develop, and now leads his Sustainability team’s energy services consulting practice, assisting real estate leaders to take the necessary steps towards a sustainable climate-positive future. Since 2010, the group has identified technical energy conservation measures at buildings across Canada totaling the equivalent of over 250 million kilowatt hours and $20 million annually in utility bill savings, and $300 million in property valuation benefit. Eric serves as technical advisor to REALpac on their energy benchmarking program, and developed their recent Water Benchmarking pilot program. He has delivered educational programs and seminars for associations including REALpac, BOMA, and CaGBC.
