The Government of Canada has pledged $5.3B to support international climate finance efforts, and Faith is amongst the key figures trusted to allocate it. Her consultation and analysis helped to select the West African Countries that would receive $20M dollars to support Paris-aligned emission reduction and build local capacity to address climate change. The Small Island Developing States project, announced by Prime Minister Trudeau, was also implemented by analysis led by Faith. This project will help Small Islands in the Caribbean and Pacific to reduce landfill-associated methane emissions, contributing to an estimated Co2e reduction of the yearly emissions of almost 100,000 cars.
