Spring is accelerating Canada’s climate innovation ecosystem by connecting and educating founders and investors to create a sustainable, healthy & equitable world. From January 2023 to March 2025, they catalyzed $21M+ in investment via programs and created a $14M fund investing in early-stage climate and health technologies. Prioritizing underrepresented founders, their programs connect investors with impact ventures, scaling solutions from pre-seed to Series A, combining capital, mentorship, and strategy to turn ideas into measurable change.

Spring Impact Capital cofounder Graham addresses key gaps in the capital ecosystem, so high-potential, early-stage ventures can access the funding they need to accelerate their growth. In just 18 months, he has co-led eight early-stage deals. Graham works closely with entrepreneurs, offering mentorship, capital, and strategic support to scale technologies in both planetary and human health. By convening investors, advising founders, and connecting those two communities, he is helping Canada’s climate tech ecosystem become more robust, equitable, and better positioned to deliver impact.
