Its patented Tandem Carbon Recycling© system captures waste CO₂ from hard-to-abate industries and transforms it into high-value mineral commodities used in existing supply chains – from concrete to toothpaste. Turning a liability into an asset. Heather has led the technology from early prototype to a validated industrial pilot at marquee customer Amrize North America’s cement plant in Bath, Ontario. Hyperion is now preparing to scale the technology to a 10X first-of-a-kind commercial demonstration, advancing toward systems capable of permanently mineralizing 30,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually and delivering up to 129% net, end-to-end GHG reduction (according to independent lifecycle assessment), a rock-solid plan in more ways than one.
