Jane established and leads Mercer’s global Responsible Investment team, which advises investors around the world on achieving long-term, sustainable investment outcomes. Mercer has assigned ESG (environmental/social/corporate governance) ratings to 5000+ mainstream investment strategies, built a database of sustainability-oriented investment funds, and advised investors representing more than $2 trillion in assets on climate change and strategic asset allocation. Jane was consultant to the United Nations in developing the Principles for Responsible Investment, which have now been supported by 1200+ investors representing $45 trillion in assets.
