As the architect of the city’s Municipal Energy Plan – Getting to Zero – she’s made energy efficiency more than a talking point, implementing tangible solutions like the Power.House Hybrid Project, which slashes 3 tonnes of greenhouse gases per household each year. Jennifer has secured over $6M in investments and connected millions of square feet of property to Markham’s District Energy, turning targets into reality one building at a time. Her strategic leadership is driving Markham’s transition to a more sustainable and resilient urban environment.
