The CleanBC Roadmap to 2030 completely changed the game when it comes to Canadian, and North American, climate action commitments. For example, the Roadmap mandates zero emission vehicles (90% of new sales by 2030), enhances B.C.’s regulatory system to reduce the carbon content of transportation fuels, and cuts emissions by 50% from the natural gas grid. Alongside his team, Jeremy was crucial to the plan’s development. The Roadmap includes over $1.2 billion in funding this year and is the first Climate plan in the province’s history that that charts a credible, verified path to its 2030 legislated greenhouse gas targets.
