Jon Douglas

Since joining Menkes, Jon has helped the organization develop an award-winning wellbeing program, “Healthy Spaces”, that led to the first office building in Canada to be Fitwel certified. At this point, 100% of the office portfolio has achieved LEED certification at either the Platinum or Gold level and across the portfolio, energy efficiency initiatives have saved millions of dollars, and led to a portfolio average Energy Star rating of 90. He also developed a new digital occupant engagement platform utilizing social media channels, that is the first of its kind for sustainability engagement in Canada.
