Kathryn leads the post-graduate Diploma in Sustainability and Social Responsibility and the new Social Impact Measurement Professional Certificate, equipping mid-career professionals to advance or pivot into sustainability, ESG, and social responsibility. Under her guidance, enrollment has nearly tripled since 2016, while the number of expert Mentors has grown by 313%.
Kathryn’s programs emphasize hands-on learning: Participants tackle capstone projects such as materiality assessments for senior leadership, “just transition” strategies, and social impact toolkits. Graduates see results – 77% of 2023 alumni and 69% of 2024 alumni transitioned or advanced their careers within a year.
Kathryn also embeds Truth and Reconciliation, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Purpose across curricula while collaborating with 40 practitioner-instructors from 18 sectors. From mentorship check-ins to strategic bursaries, her work blends practical skill-building with ethical leadership, preparing graduates to shape organizations, communities, and the broader field of sustainability.
