Spring is accelerating Canada’s climate innovation ecosystem by connecting and educating founders and investors to create a sustainable, healthy & equitable world. From January 2023 to March 2025, they catalyzed $21M+ in investment via programs and created a $14M fund investing in early-stage climate and health technologies. Prioritizing underrepresented founders, their programs connect investors with impact ventures, scaling solutions from pre-seed to Series A, combining capital, mentorship, and strategy to turn ideas into measurable change.

A trailblazer with 25+ years’ experience, Keith founded Spring to change the world through innovation. He has accelerated the growth of startups and large companies throughout his career, supporting standout ventures including Moment Energy, Open Ocean Robotics and GotCare. He co-founded Spring Impact Capital and had a key role in Spring Group’s acquisition of non-profit Propel Impact in 2024. Keith contributes his rare combination of entrepreneurial and investment experience to nurture promising ventures to be both investment-ready and positioned for long-term impact.
