Keith Lawless

Since founding Air Transat’s environment program years ago, Keith has implemented many initiatives that have helped make the airline a leader in environmentally responsible travel. He is currently spearheading an innovative sustainable fuel project with the SAF+ Consortium that turns industrial waste gas into jet fuel. Air Transat has committed to purchasing at least 20 million liters of future production annually, reducing emissions by over 40 million kilograms per year. Keith is also leading Air Transat’s initiative to recycle their retired A310 fleet, setting up a program at Mirabel airport that will divert hundreds of tonnes of waste from landfill.
