Lindsay is a driving force behind sustainability initiatives at RBC Capital Markets, leading the creation of the Sustainable Finance Group and supporting the development of RBC’s goal to provide $500 billion in sustainable finance by 2025. The RBC CM Sustainable Finance Group was the first ESG-focused team for a Canadian investment bank and works to help clients achieve their own sustainability objectives through financing, access to capital markets and strategic advice, collaborating with their internal partners to deliver ESG expertise to their clients. Lindsay also helped deliver $73.3 billion towards RBC’s goal and supported the organization’s participation in 50 Green, Social, Sustainability Bonds and Sustainability Linked Loans, with their share reflecting over $8.8 billion in capital raised in 2020.
