Megan Poss

A national non-profit activating youth and young professionals to accelerate the shift to a low-carbon and socially just economy, under Megan’s leadership, Leading Change has supported over 500 Canadian leaders and sustainability practitioners reaching across aisles and bridging connections across sector, industry, political, and generational divides. She’s fostered connections between ~350 young leaders, and helped open the door to roughly 215 young people representing Indigenous, racialized, disability, LGBTQ+, and other intersectional identities to participate in roundtables, workshops, and consultations with federal ministries and industry leaders. Relationships forged through Leading Change have led to the creation of several national initiatives, including new youth-led coalitions, communities of practice, and coordinated engagements with industry leaders and elected officials.
