Michael Gerbis
Mike leads a 20-person team at Delphi in delivering transformational projects that have significantly lowered the environmental impact (GHGs, toxics, waste) of Canadian business -more than 150 organizations over the past two years, including 27 of Canada’s top 100 firms. Recently, Mike helped an international transportation company implement a comprehensive sustainability program (full employee engagement, effective waste reduction and carbon management programs) and guided a renowned post-secondary institution to becoming one of the first in North America to launch a comprehensive climate-change action plan. Mike devotes significant personal time to The Climate Reality Project and The Emerging Leaders Forum. Combined, these organizations engage over 450,000 people to reduce GHG emissions and implement sustainability initiatives in their communities.
