Molli doesn’t just knock on doors in suburban Alberta: she sparks thousands of conversations that challenge long-held beliefs about oil and gas. Leading Alberta Talks, she trained 11 organizers and over 110 volunteers to hold nearly 3,000 deep, values-based conversations, shifting 1 in 3 people toward supporting renewable energy. Her team mobilized 850 residents to contact MLAs and 10 to speak at City Council, contributing to electoral outcomes in key Calgary ridings. Now Executive Director of Neighbours United, Molli is scaling this work nationally, building lasting teams in overlooked communities across Canada, transforming polarization into actionable support for a future that balances ecosystems, people, and energy.
