Sustainability strategist and facilitator Monica Pohlmann has been leading change and community engagement in Calgary and across Canada for 20 years. She is currently guiding the work of The United Way of Calgary’s “Leading Boldly” initiative, which helps organizations build capacity for Collaborative Social Innovation. She is also Chair of the Board of The Natural Step Canada (TNSC), which uses a science-based approach to help build resilient organizations and communities.
