A force in the energy sector spearheading the development of over 2000MW of energy storage projects across Canada at TruGrid, Nasreddine and his “EPIC” approach have driven transformative projects like the 7MW/40MWh battery storage system in Whitehorse, cutting Yukon’s carbon emissions by 20,000 tonnes over 20 years. Since joining in 2022, he’s tripled business development to $100M, with over 125MW in projects underway and 106,000 tonnes of CO2 saved. As President of AEE GTA, Nasreddine doubled the number of memberships, revived the board, and launched initiatives empowering women and students in energy, proving he’s a relentless advocate for a cleaner, more inclusive future.
