What do you walk on, sit on, sleep on, skateboard on, and drive on? Chances are, Natalie’s work has touched it. As Evoco’s Co-Founder and COO, she’s responsible for developing the FATES® Bio-Foam solution, a plant-based alternative that replaces oil-based foams and slashes materials-related GHGs by up to 70%, targeting a sector responsible for 20% of world-wide GHG emissions. Her strategic leadership brought this technology from R&D to global adoption into footwear, bedding, automotive, and furniture supply chains with name brands like Vans, Kodiak, Bared, and Timberland, all without compromising performance. Over the past 2.5 years alone her work accounts for 2,500 tonnes of CO2e avoided. Natalie also drives ESG and lifecycle reporting, ensuring every innovation is backed by rigorous data.
