Niki is the Co-Founder/Executive Director of The Wasteland Plan Foundation (TWP); a Toronto-based non-for-profit building global, conservation-centric communities. Since August 2018, TWP has curated 117+ cleanups across 13 countries, collecting 17,437 pounds of waste through small, consistent grassroots actions. Alongside Co-Founder, Savannah Stephen, and Creative Director, Anthony Robert-Frigon, TWP has delivered 22 educational community events, 12 eco-exploration trips, and advanced 3 environmental innovation projects since 2020. As a conservation biologist, explorer, and community builder, Niki guides TWP communities to foster a conscious commitment to respect, explore, and restore our natural world.TWP’s community engagement expanded when Niki recently introduced an accessibility statement that offers support to those facing barriers in accessing outdoor education and exploration.
