Oksana Kielbasinski
Starting out as the fourth employee at ISC, Oksana helped the company grow to 80 people and become the Canadian Oil and Gas ‘Water Management Company of the Year’. She is a tireless advocate for water security and began organizing water collaboration workshops with top industry professionals, presenting at numerous conferences across Canada, to grassroots initiatives and to Grade 4 students locally. She has led over 50 risk, strategy, and collaboration workshops for clients including the Petroleum Technology Alliance Canada and Canada’s Oil Sands Innovation Alliance. Oksana also directed the development of the first Internal Corporate Social Responsibility Plan for the firm. Within this plan, a total of 10 visions statements and 25 initiatives were identified and are tracked on an annual basis.
