Spring is accelerating Canada’s climate innovation ecosystem by connecting and educating founders and investors to create a sustainable, healthy & equitable world. From January 2023 to March 2025, they catalyzed $21M+ in investment via programs and created a $14M fund investing in early-stage climate and health technologies. Prioritizing underrepresented founders, their programs connect investors with impact ventures, scaling solutions from pre-seed to Series A, combining capital, mentorship, and strategy to turn ideas into measurable change.

Co-founder Olivia purposely targets early-stage climate tech to fill a critical funding gap, helping raise nearly $14M to scale solutions tackling critical challenges in planetary and human health, investing in numerous early-stage companies as both an angel investor and via the fund.  Regularly participating in company reviews for climate investor challenges, pitches, funds and investment committees, she maintains a keen focus on engaging with underrepresented founders to ensure equity in capital allocation, accelerating climate solutions while cultivating an inclusive, future-ready innovation ecosystem.
