Part strategist, part solutions matchmaker, and part hype-woman for low-carbon innovation, since 2023, Pam has steered SSRIA’s mission to transform the built environment, introducing Alberta’s buildings to everything from AI-powered efficiency solutions to Passive House design. The results? 18 demos, 38 solutions, 48 buildings, average energy savings of a whopping 62%, and 14,000 tonnes of lifetime GHG reductions so far and with a future 200,000 tonnes queued up by 2030. She’s also unlocked $3.5 million in funding for 13 new projects, backed 70 local small businesses, and recruited a community of 60 companies and 10 partners. And because meaningful systems change needs an active and engaged audience, Pam has brought 2,300 industry professionals along for the ride through workshops, webinars, and conferences. Pam is creating an ecosystem where connections thrive, ideas scale, and Alberta’s buildings are reimagined.
