Paul Richardson

Paul Richardson co-founded one of North America’s largest early-stage impact investment funds, Renewal Funds, the first Canadian member of Global Impact Investing Rating System. Companies in the Fund’s portfolio grew by an average of 40% last year. Over the past 3 years, Renewal Funds has committed over $19 million in 9 sustainable companies, 4 of which are organic food companies, 3 of which are green products companies, and 2 of which are environmental innovation companies. Paul is the past President of EcoJustice and helped negotiate the financial deal for the conservation of BC’s Great Bear Rainforest.
