Together they created breakthrough “hyperloop” Canadian technology: A fully electric system carrying both passengers and cargo, faster than a jet, in a low-pressure tube environment. Transpod’s patents secured them C$20M from Italian investors, and partnerships with major industrial companies in Canada and Europe. Targets are to have the technology fully tested, a loop built between two major Canadian cities, and carrying passengers by 2030. Woosh!
