Sonia li leads with a sharp focus on turning research into boardroom-ready insight. At the helm of a small core team and a network of 65+ Climate Governance Experts, she has guided more than 200 boards and delivered 60+ presentations to C-suite executives and trustees on climate-related fiduciary duties. She designed an eight-week micro-certificate program on Climate Risk & ESG, now completed by 40 professionals, often sparking further board-wide education. She has also built partnerships with TMX Group and the Canadian Credit Union Association, hosted Chatham House roundtables, and overseen policy submissions to regulators, all while managing programs, budgets, and operations to strengthen Canada’s climate governance landscape.
