Soula Chronopoulos
Soula doesn’t just make waves—she unleashes tsunamis. Since 2023, she has grown AquaAction’s revenue from $1.6M to $3.6M, tripled staff, and enabled over $30M in water-saving technology. She has guided 120+ youth-led water tech solutions and 220 pilot projects, and introduced Canada’s first ISO-based Water Impact Reports, documenting 96 billion litres saved, mainly through employing advanced AgTech. To help Canadian entrepreneurs make a splash in the U.S. market, Soula opened a Detroit headquarters and also hosted the binational AquaHacking Challenge, engaging 400+ young professionals and 40+ universities. She also helped secure federal commitments for a $100M water tech fund and to include water in Canada’s national security strategy, proving leadership can be powerful, policy-savvy, and more like a tidal wave in impact.
