Susan Uthayakumar

Susan has been in the industry for over 20 years and her top priority: leaving a positive impact in business and her community. She is responsible for managing the Global Energy and Sustainability Services as well as the sustainability consulting organization to deliver climate mitigation action to enterprise customers. In November 2020, Susan launched the Sustainability Business Division to help customers understand and address climate risk. In 2021, under Susan’s leadership, Schneider Electric launched the first of its kind Climate Change Advisory services to drive strategy and action to accelerate decarbonization and enable sustainable transformations for customers. In 2020, Schneider Electric has saved 134 million tons of CO2 on behalf of its clients, and aims to take out 800 million tons of CO2 from its client’s operations by 2025.
