Daniel Pass

Dan has a 6-year track record of advising leading Canadian organizations. Since 2017, his work helped clients achieve over $1.25 million in operational efficiencies, reduce 1,500 MT of waste and save over 43.5 million kWh in electricity and 200 thousand cubic metres of water, an average annual decrease of 4.0% and 4.4% respectively. His work enabled clients to certify over 19.5 M sq.ft. to green building standards across North America. Dan manages executive sustainability committees to engrain sustainability into clients’ core business practices and build management expertise. He trained over 200 employees and convenes representatives from over 350 properties quarterly to discuss sustainability programs and provide education on emerging trends.
