But Greensoil doesn’t just invest in ground-breaking technology. Their innovative “TIPPing” model – Testing, Investing, Promoting, and Procuring – pilots new technologies in real world situations with their real estate partners, including the Net Zero Energy Dwelling penthouse and the first CO2 carbonated ready mix installations in downtown Toronto. As a team, they have been successfully engaging with large real estate owners on cleantech adoption across Canada.
