Since 2016, Ken has led a robust corporate social responsibility (CSR) journey at Cogeco Connexion that has resulted in multiple positive ESG impacts. In the last two years, Cogeco Connexion’s efforts have decreased GHG emissions by an astonishing 21%, collected more than 625,000 kilos of electronic waste and given a second life to 1.5 million refurbished units. Ken spearheaded the implementation of employee-led initiatives such as carpooling system, urban beehives and a communal vegetable garden as well as recently announcing that it will ban the use of plastic water bottles at its main sites. Cogeco Connexion is also a founding signatory of the Canadian Energy Efficiency Voluntary Agreement for Set-Top Boxes (CEEVA).
