Northland Power is a Canada-based global power producer dedicated to helping the clean energy transition by producing electricity from clean renewable resources, with renewables now 70% of Northland’s energy generation. Northland has grown its operating offshore wind capacity to more than 1 GW capacity and is currently developing nearly 5GWs of offshore wind projects in Canada as well as Asia, and Europe.  

 

Since joining as CFO in 2020, Pauline Alimchandani incepted the Sustainability function to lead initiatives across Northland and set ambitious global ESG targets. During her tenure, Northland has already acquired almost 900MW of renewable projects in New York and Spain. In 2021, she led a $1 billion public equity offering in Canada to fund the capital required for these and other global renewable projects.
