In the process, Heliolytics aerial inspection technology has assisted in the rapid decline in solar prices through decreasing array inspection costs by 50-66% as compared to traditional manual approaches. He has grown the company from just 3 employees to over 48 in just two years, and is ensuring their talent and knowledge is being developed in Canada, despite the majority of his business coming from international clients.
