The firm’s employee engagement in volunteering has increased an equally stunning 1700%, delivering 100,000 hours of value to 320,000 people across Canada with a special focus on youth and marginalized groups, ranging from career mentoring for new Canadians to teaching tech fluency and programs in remote indigenous schools.
