The first certified B Corp in Hamilton, REfficient diverted 517,960 kg of discarded technology through reuse or recycling over the past two years whilst simultaneously reducing the company’s GHG emissions by 82% from the 2016 baseline year. REfficient reuses 85% of shipping boxes and 100% of pallets, made benches out of former antenna crates and art from coax cables, always looking for creative ways to reduce their own footprint. Stephanie takes her experience into the role of Chair-elect of the Canadian standards committee focused on global environmental standardization of electronics. She serves on 4 boards and is Past-Chair of Wildlife Preservation Canada.
