Under the Tonya’s leadership, CSI provides the early support training, acceleration and incubation programming and funding needed to move social entrepreneurs forward. CSI currently provides services to over 1,000 member organizations that collectively generate $250 million in annual revenues and sustain 2,700 jobs each year. CSI has helped hundreds of ventures get to impact with an 85% success rate. Tonya also oversaw the creation of the Climate Ventures incubation space and Cleantech fellowship which provides a dedicated space of entrepreneurs tackling climate change. In the first 7 months of the program alone, the participants raised over $5 million.
